Use this all the time

I teach music in my home. After each lesson I can send a report to each student and parent giving a detailed list of those things done well and those that need more work. As the student advances, I can custom design the form to fit the level of the student.

Once the form is designed, it is an easy way to fill out and send after each lesson. This helps inform both student and parents of the progress made each week and what steps need more attention.
