Very handy app!

This app is great when you need a form without a lot of fuss. I needed a form for an event where I needed to collect information, and wasnt sure the internet would be joining us there.

The UI takes some getting used to, but the demos are helpful, and once you get the hang of it, you can easily get what you need. The export also works well, in formats you can use easily elsewhere.

I would give 4.5 stars if I could.
