Hello guys I am a new costumer from your excellent products and i want to do a request for you guys: In your next update of the app can you guys permit that the data collected in one device be edited in another device, of course that both having bought the app legally? You know, to complete the collection of the data in another moment by another person of the same subject. This would be awesome to collect data by a group of research. sorry, but the first step isnt logical. First you have to copy on of the samples, than you can add, delete, edit... what ever you want. A few things are needed in the next release.... change some colors of the frames, add your own pictures. Than it will be perfect for an fast and quick questionnaire :-)

More options and better handling than in all other apps that I found. I need a tool for taking pictures and for adding a signature, apart from that it is really good. Would be nice, if it was linked to contacts, too...

This is the best app i have ever found for creating your own forms. Very easy to use and the best customer service i have found in awhile. My questions were answered the same day Well worth the money

I downloaded this and used it almost immediately to perform inspections on a 100 unit building, I made a fast checklist of what to look for and totally customized to what I wanted. Fast easy to set up and use and they are constantly updating. Wish all apps were this good. Good work people, keep it up!

Ive had this app for 2 days and have used it to create a one page survey form and a multi-page data entry and report form. The creation process is fairly simple with a great deal of flexibility built in to the elements. The online videos are a good resource to attain an overall understanding of the form creation process and the control one has over the individual elements. Easy to email collected data to pull into spreadsheets. This app is a great resource for any business wishing to collect data through customized entry forms. Very well done!

Its an okay app, and here are the reasons why: - colours of form should be fully customizable, I cannot change the default emerald colour in certain buttons - The learning could be better, by having more examples or prompts for setting certain features such as date selection - there should be a lite version to test it prior to buying - an option for synching contact info to google or Apple would be great

I like this app for the many options it provides to capture data. I would like more examples to really take advantage of all its functionality to get the most I can from it. Happily learning as I go.

Need patch to activate the itunes file sharing.

All is shrink to fit screen that even demos are not usable. Description is smaller then puppy seed. In demo field for name has 5 chars length. Phone number 4! Probably designed for tablets. No testing version? I will ask for refund.

Its a very powerful app that allows you to make your very own professional forms , surveys .. And much much more ,recommended to every one Good stuff

Good but not practical, no user friendly UI design?

Ive only spent a few hours with this forms app. The feature set is good and growing, but the UI feels generic. I love utilitarian design, but as a Mac user, Id like to see a familiar IOS UI.., Just feels like a web app.

This is a great app to create your own forms. It is easy to use, just wish it had drag and drop, and graphic controls.

This app is very easy to use. Ideal for collecting info like surveys, inventory or any application which requires data collection. Can export data In XML format and import into spreadsheets for further crunching of numbers.

I find this app to be quite useful so far and fairly easy to use. I would like to see an option to design forms on the app from my computer to be used on my iPhone/iPad.

This app works really well. I farm and need different forms for differing operations and this app allows me to create the forms I need, even on the fly. Itt be great if I could set up drop down menus in the forms for selecting equipment or other products. As of now this app works really well and I highly recommend it.

Would like to see more form elements, however this app does what it says it does

Crashes, tried adding a notepad field, would not allow text entry.
